We are currently seeking a highly skilled Tool & Die Maker to support our progressive cold forming operations. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, thrives in a team setting, and wants to be part of a company that invests in its people and technology.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain, repair, and improve existing progressive cold forming dies.
- Assemble and fit new tooling and dies to support production growth.
- Perform precision die work using manual machining equipment (lathe, mill, honing machine, etc.).
- Manufacture spare and replacement parts with tight tolerances.
- Partner with engineering and production teams to optimize tool performance.
- Inspect, measure, and verify work to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
What We’re Looking for a Experienced Tool & Die Maker
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tool and die or mold making.
- Journeyman’s papers or equivalent hands-on experience required.
- Proficiency in operating manual machinery and measuring equipment.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for quality workmanship and precision.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
