Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in Katy, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. Daily activities will include engaging with potential clients, analyzing market trends, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate market trends and business opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills with an emphasis on building and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and leverage potential growth opportunities
• Proven Customer Service skills to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• A results-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the hydraulics or manufacturing industry is a plus
