This is a full-time remote role for a Client Intake Specialist. The Client Intake Specialist will manage initial client interactions, gather and verify client information, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes, and provide exceptional customer service. The role involves maintaining effective communication with clients, ensuring a high level of professionalism, and assisting them with their questions or concerns about SF Investments Group's services.
