Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site Landscape Maintenance Foreman for recurring maintenance and installation projects.
- Lead and supervise a crew on mowing, edging, pruning, and mulching.
- Oversee planting, sod installation, and seasonal color changes.
- Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment.
- Ensure job site safety and cleanliness.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the landscaping or green industry.
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
