What You'll Do As a Landscape Lead Installer

As a Landscape Lead Installer, you'll lead and actively participate in the installation of high-quality landscaping projects. You'll oversee job sites, ensure efficiency and quality, and collaborate with your crew to bring designs to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces
• Plant trees, shrubs, and sod per design specs
• Operate skid steers, trenchers, compactors, and other equipment
• Install and repair irrigation and drainage systems
• Maintain job site safety and cleanliness
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  
  

What We're Looking For In a Landscape Lead Installer

• Proven experience in landscape construction or hardscaping
• Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and basic construction techniques
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with pavers, stonework, or concrete finishing
• Ability to read blueprints and landscape designs
• CDL or equipment operator certification
