What You'll Do Lead a crew on landscape installation & enhancement projects (mulch, planting, sod, clean-ups)
Supervise daily job site operations and ensure quality and efficiency
Read plans, layouts, and material lists
Operate equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, basic install tools)
Train and mentor crew members
Communicate with managers and clients on job progress
Ensure safety standards are followed at all times What We're Looking For 2 years of landscaping experience (installation or enhancements preferred)
Crew leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
Ability to lead a team and stay on schedule
Experience with landscape installs (planting, sod, mulch, etc.)
Valid driver's license (preferred)
