Licensed Plumber - Sales

Location: Arlington, TX (Serving Fort Worth, Waco, Temple, & Killeen)

Sewer Medic is a rapidly growing, family-owned and operated company built on trust, honesty, and expert service. We are seeking a unique professional for our Arlington office: a licensed plumber with proven sales experience who can follow-up on estimates, talk shop with customers, and close high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales: Diagnose client plumbing issues and present clear, honest repair or replacement options.
• Estimate & Close: Create accurate, profitable proposals for large-scale jobs (re-pipes, sewer replacements) and close company-generated leads.
• Client Education: Use your technical knowledge to explain complex plumbing solutions to residential clients.
• Collaboration: Partner with our service technicians to maximize turnover leads and ensure smooth project handoffs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Texas Plumbing License: Active Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumber license (Required).
• Industry Experience: 3 years of hands-on plumbing field experience, plus a proven track record in plumbing or home services sales.
• The "Diagnostic Edge": Ability to look at a system, spot the failure, and accurately estimate the entire scope of work.
• Strong Communication: Exceptional rapport-building skills with a natural ability to close deals without high-pressure tactics.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using tablet-based CRM/dispatch software (e.g., ServiceTitan).
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
