Responsibilities
The Lead Custodian oversees daily custodial operations, ensuring that buildings and facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position provides direction and support to the custodial team, monitors work quality, and assists with scheduling, training, and supply management. The Lead Custodian also performs hands-on cleaning and maintenance duties as needed. Helps supervise and review the work of a custodial crew, ensuring equal employment opportunity in hiring and promotion. Directs the day to day activities and operations of custodial department for the purpose of ensuring that assignments are completed in a safe, proper, and timely manner.
Qualifications
Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
