As demand for our commercial embroidery continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Embroidery Production Lead to help us build the next chapter of our business.

What You’ll Do
* Operate and oversee production on our Melco commercial embroidery equipment.
* Ensure every order meets our high standards for quality before it leaves the shop.
* Manage production schedules and prioritize workflow.
* Review artwork, proofs, thread colors, and garment placement.
* Train and mentor future embroidery technicians.
* Develop and improve SOPs and production processes.
* Troubleshoot machine issues and embroidery challenges.
* Help reduce waste while improving efficiency.
* Work closely with our sales and customer service teams to ensure every customer has an outstanding experience.
* Lead by example with professionalism, positivity, and accountability.

Qualifications
- Experience with embroidery production, including machine setup, operation, and basic maintenance for commercial embroidery equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills, with the ability to interpret design specs, color charts, and placement guidelines accurately.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities, including experience assigning tasks, training staff, and supporting a safe, efficient production environment.
- Organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple orders, prioritizing deadlines, and maintaining accurate production records.
- Basic technical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve common machine, thread, and material issues during production.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and, when needed, clarify requirements related to client orders.
- Comfort working in a hands-on, fast-paced shop environment, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
- Prior experience in custom embroidery, apparel decoration, or related production fields is strongly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in
- textile, fashion, or production management is a plus.
