Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Answer incoming calls using multiline phone systems
- Manage and schedule appointments using a manual/physical log system
- Handle correspondence and provide accurate information to clients and staff
- Perform data entry and various clerical tasks
- Coordinate office activities to ensure efficient daily operations
