Requirements
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities in the water utility and infrastructure sectors.
- Perform customer research including analysis of existing customer data and outreach to prospective customers via phone and email.
- Verify and update customer contact information using provided lists and web-based research tools.
- Log and organize research findings and customer data in Excel, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Business Development teams to synthesize insights and present actionable recommendations.
- Support ad hoc research and data management tasks as needed.
- This is an in-person role; the employee must reliably commute to and perform work in office.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, Engineering and/or environmental engineering, or a related field.
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather, synthesize, and present information clearly.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in water infrastructure, utilities, or environmental services is a plus.

- 3-5 days per week (schedule to be confirmed upon hire)
- 4–8 hours per day depending on student’s schedule
