Business Coordinator / Personal Concierge
Contract | Part-Time (20 hrs/week) (Potential Full-Time) | $15-$20/hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Hybrid/Remote | Reports to: Founder & CEO, Seven Sages Global
Seven Sages Global, LLC. —an organization with ventures spanning business consulting, tech and innovation development, nonprofit advocacy and real estate — is seeking a dynamic Business Coordinator/Personal Concierge to support the CEO in their business and personal affairs. This role is ideal for a highly-organized, resourceful, magnetic personality who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Draft correspondence, social media posts and reports with excellent written communication.
- Assist in planning events, meetings, and client engagements—managing RSVPs, logistics, and materials.
- Manage social media accounts and content management for company/brand accounts.
- Serve as liaison between clients, vendors, and internal partners with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Maintain digital and physical organization: documents, supplies, and workspace management.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and last-minute requests while maintaining composure.
- Manage calendar, appointments, calls and meetings; prioritize tasks and handle scheduling changes with ease.
- Coordinate business and personal travel (domestic/international): flights, lodging, itineraries, etc.
- Handle some errands, online/offline shopping, and vendor coordination for home and office needs.
- Oversee household and pet-related tasks as needed, ensuring seamless home management.
- Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and clean record.
- Must own a laptop and cell phone suitable for professional use.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong attention to detail and serious about meeting deadlines.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and social media.
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
- Must be flexible — schedule changes weekly. Some evenings and weekends required.
- Professional, trustworthy, hard-working and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Will need to sign NDA given the proprietary nature of work.
