Seven Hills Roofing is seeking a motivated and driven Roofing Sales Representative to help grow our residential roofing division in the Tallahassee area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, and earning uncapped commission income. Previous roofing sales experience is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to inspect roofs and identify potential roofing needs. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community outreach. Follow up with leads and provide roofing estimates and proposals. Educate customers on roofing products, materials, and installation options. Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process. Coordinate with company leadership and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Track leads, estimates, and sales activity. Represent Seven Hills Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Roofing sales experience is a required. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to climb ladders and inspect residential roofs when necessary. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
