Pay: $30.00-$35.00/hourly

Sign-on Bonus: $5,000

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking an Infant Mental Health Specialist to support the social, emotional, and developmental well-being of infants and toddlers enrolled in Early Intervention. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you’ll partner with families and caregivers to understand children’s needs, strengthen caregiver confidence, and connect families with appropriate resources and services.

What You’ll Do

• Support healthy social-emotional development in infants and toddlers using evidence-based, trauma-informed practices.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and Early Intervention team members to understand developmental and behavioral needs and identify effective supports.
• Participate in eligibility assessments and Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development and implementation.
• Coach and educate caregivers on strategies that promote children’s development and family well-being.
• Recognize when additional mental health or developmental services may be beneficial and coordinate appropriate, culturally responsive referrals.
• Consider the influence of culture, equity, historical trauma, and caregiver mental health on child development and family well-being.
• Coordinate case meetings and collaborate with community providers and statewide partners as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with agency and state requirements.
• Participate in professional development, training, and infant mental health initiatives.
