What You’ll Do

- Deliver comprehensive clinical services and therapeutic supports in community and residential settings.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate functional behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors and build replacement skills.
- Provide coaching and training for staff and caregivers to ensure effective implementation of behavior plans.
- Conduct assessments on interests, preferences, skills, satisfaction, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with families, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams—including residential, clinical, and community-based providers.
- Participate in intake processes, Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings, and ongoing care coordination.
- Provide crisis management training and professional development to staff using our foundation-approved curriculum.
- Maintain confidential clinical records and comply with all mandated reporting requirements.
