Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for community and day services programs, including Adult Day Health, Supported Employment, Shared Living, and Self-Direction.
- Ensure compliance with certification, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee fiscal and operational management, including budgeting and HR activities.
- Guide and support teams in implementing plans, policies, and quality initiatives.
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Represent the organization with stakeholders, government agencies, and funding sources.
- Maintain effective communication, resolve conflicts, and foster collaboration.
- Supervise and mentor staff on performance management, hiring, and development.
- Advocate for the rights and dignity of individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ensure safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
- Promote self-advocacy principles and assist individuals in understanding their rights.
- Maintain required certifications and participate in on-call responsibilities.
- Master’s Degree preferred; Bachelor’s Degree required with equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management leadership experience in a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
