Responsibilities
- Oversee day services programs, including staff supervision and performance management.
- Manage fiscal operations, contract administration, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Advocate for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families at organizational and state levels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, funding sources, and community partners.
- Ensure safety, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA standards.
- Participate in incident review processes and maintain required certifications and trainings.
- Complete on-call responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive management leadership in a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
