Essential Job Functions
- Implement, support, and maintain a Zoom Voice-Over-IP environment
- Support and maintain all XMedius cloud faxing
- Assist with the installation, support and maintenance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDWAN architecture
- Analyze and isolate issues providing support to other information technology teams and users
- Monitor networks to ensure security and availability to users
- Assists in the managing of networking vendors for installation/maintenance of software or hardware
- Maintains inventory and stock, and takes responsibility for tools and test equipment
- Create technical support documentation for relevant systems and applications
- Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by organization to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to the organization.
- High School or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- With an Associate’s degree 2 years’ experience. With less than an Associate’s 5-6 years’ experience in an information technology field.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts and operations, network security principles, and best practices
- Experience and success with enterprise-level LAN, WAN, and WLAN engineering, design, and implementation
- Experience in a Cisco Meraki networking environment
- Experience in a Zoom Voice-Over-IP environment
- Experience with XMedius cloud faxing
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Strong interest and drive to solve problems and improve end user experience
- Proven ability to quickly grasp information and independently produce results
- Strong communications skills, especially in written documentation
- After hours work will be required when maintenance, upgrades, or any other issue necessitates
- Position requires lifting of 20 pounds maximum, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of items weighing up to ten pounds.
- Normal work tasks may involve exposure to blood, bodily fluids, or tissue.
- May involve 24-hour on-call responsibilities.
