Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Office Nurse
Location: Oswego, NY
Schedule: 5x8s Days (Monday–Friday)
Pay Rate: $40/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Travel LPN to join a busy outpatient office in Oswego, NY. In this role, you will provide direct patient care support to providers, assist with clinical procedures, and ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
Responsibilities:
- Room patients, collect vital signs, and document medical histories.
- Assist with minor office procedures and diagnostic tests as needed.
- Administer medications and vaccinations following provider orders.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with office protocols and HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
- Active New York LPN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience (office or outpatient setting preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to start as soon as possible.
Pay: $40.00 per hour
