In this role, you’ll help lead the team, create memorable client experiences, and contribute directly to the success of the studio. You’ll partner with studio and field leadership to coach team members, celebrate wins, solve problems, and bring the Sev Skin Experience to life every day.

What You’ll Do

Support and Inspire the Team

• Help create a positive, energetic, and results-driven studio culture.
• Coach and support team members in achieving goals related to client experience, productivity, clinical outcomes, and revenue.
• Reinforce key performance goals, including package and membership conversion, trial conversion, rebooking, five-star reviews, OSAT scores, and room utilization.
• Provide real-time feedback, recognition, and support to strengthen performance.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and developing new team members.
• Celebrate team wins while reinforcing accountability, attendance, and professional expectations.
  
  

Help Drive Studio Success

• Support the studio in meeting or exceeding GAAP and cash revenue goals.
• Coach the team to strengthen package, membership, trial, and rebooking conversion.
• Help team members confidently educate clients and recommend appropriate services.
• Monitor performance results, identify opportunities, and help turn insights into action.
• Support promotions, client outreach, grassroots marketing, and studio growth initiatives.
  
  

Create An Exceptional Client Experience

• Ensure reception and provider teams consistently deliver a welcoming, seamless, and elevated Sev Skin Experience.
• Reinforce service behaviors that strengthen client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Support strong OSAT scores and five-star review performance.
• Address client concerns with professionalism and care, escalating when appropriate.
• Partner with clinical leadership to support consistent service delivery, clinical protocols, and treatment outcomes.
  
  

Keep the Studio Running Smoothly

• Support efficient daily operations while maintaining an average room utilization rate above 90%.
• Help manage staffing and scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and maximize team productivity.
• Reinforce scheduling adherence and productivity expectations.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety requirements, clinical protocols, and service standards.
• Oversee inventory controls and ordering while minimizing waste and unnecessary expenses.
• Maintain a clean, organized, compliant, and client-ready studio.
  
  

What You Bring

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Experience coaching teams and driving measurable performance results.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A client-first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Confidence providing real-time feedback and holding team members accountable.
• The ability to balance team leadership, sales performance, and studio operations.
• A high level of professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.
• Experience in aesthetics, wellness, beauty, retail, hospitality, or another service-based industry is a plus.
  
  

Schedule and Availability

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring flexibility based on studio and business needs.

• Ability to work on-site up to five days per week.
• In-studio presence every Friday and at least every other Saturday.
• Sunday availability when the studio is open; Sundays do not replace the every-other-Saturday requirement.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs.
• Additional coverage during peak periods or based on staffing and client demand.

Base Pay: $23-$25 per hour with commission
