Reports To: Multi-Unit Studio Manager/District Manager

What You’ll Do

Lead and Inspire Your Team

• Create a positive, energetic, and results-driven studio culture.
• Coach and develop team members to reach their goals and deliver their best work.
• Set clear expectations and provide real-time feedback, recognition, and support.
• Lead the recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of your studio team.
• Celebrate team wins while creating accountability and addressing performance opportunities.
  
  

Drive Studio Success

• Lead your studio in achieving revenue, conversion, productivity, and profitability goals.
• Track key performance indicators, identify opportunities, and turn insights into action.
• Coach the team to improve package and membership conversion, trial conversion, rebooking, reviews, OSAT scores, and room utilization.
• Manage labor, inventory, productivity, and expenses responsibly.
• Support promotions, client outreach, and grassroots marketing efforts that increase awareness and studio growth.
  
  

Create An Exceptional Client Experience

• Ensure every client receives a welcoming, seamless, and elevated Sev Skin Experience.
• Inspire reception and provider teams to deliver exceptional service from arrival through checkout.
• Reinforce clinical protocols, service standards, and high-quality treatment outcomes.
• Use client feedback to celebrate success and identify opportunities to improve.
• Resolve escalated client concerns with professionalism, care, and urgency.
  
  

Keep the Studio Running Smoothly

• Oversee daily studio operations and maintain an average room utilization rate above 90%.
• Manage schedules and staffing to ensure strong coverage and an efficient client experience.
• Maintain compliance with operational procedures, safety protocols, clinical requirements, and brand standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, equipment care, and cost controls.
• Ensure the studio is always clean, organized, compliant, and ready to welcome clients.
  
  

What You Bring

• Leadership or management experience in a sales-driven, client-focused environment.
• A track record of coaching teams and achieving measurable business results.
• Strong sales, business, and financial instincts.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using performance data to make decisions and improve results.
• A client-first mindset and genuine passion for developing people.
• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, or another service-based industry is a plus.
  
  

Schedule and Availability

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role requiring flexibility based on studio and business needs.

• Ability to work on-site up to five days per week.
• In-studio presence every Friday and at least every other Saturday.
• Sunday availability when the studio is open; Sundays do not replace the every-other-Saturday requirement.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability based on business needs.
• Additional coverage during peak periods or based on staffing and client demand.

Base salary: $60,000 - $62,000 plus potential for a monthly bonus in addition to base salary
