Key Responsibilities Assist with data analysis to support decision-making and ensure project performance metrics are met. Support process improvement initiatives within the PMO and contribute to standardization of templates, reports, and best practices. Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring action items and follow-ups are documented and completed. Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries from stakeholders. Assist project/program managers in the coordination and execution of projects across multiple business units. Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Planview, etc.). Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting notes, status reports, dashboards, and presentations. Monitor project budgets and resource allocations; support in variance tracking and reporting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 0–5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or related role (internships or co-op experience welcome). Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic familiarity with project management software. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends or issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Interest in pursuing PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications (a plus).
