BEAM Early Intervention is seeking a full time Occupational Therapist! Do you want to support very young children and their families while they develop important foundation skills? After accepting the full time OT position on our team, your roles will include:
*Working with children (birth to three) and families to encourage participation and engagement during everyday activities
*Evaluating children for program eligibility and assessing needs to create functional outcomes
*Partnering with caregivers to develop individualized and culturally sensitive strategies to support successful daily routines
*Coordinating services and making referrals to outside agencies when needed
*Consulting with other professionals and participating in team meetings
In order to join us, we need to know that you:
*Are a Licensed/Registered Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
*Have pediatric experience (preferably birth to three years)
*Hold a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation
*Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Are comfortable with technology
