SETVI is the AI platform for distributors. We help distributors quote faster and sell smarter across three products on one data layer:

  • AutoRFQ — AI quoting that turns SKU cross-referencing and RFQ turnaround from days into minutes
  • Retention Intelligence — catches account erosion early, before customers quietly churn
  • Whitespace — maps what each account buys vs. what they should, so reps know exactly where to cross-sell

We work with IT and operations leaders across distribution — foodservice, jan-san, industrial, and more — and we've proven it at scale, including inside a Sysco company. We're a small, tight-knit Philadelphia team, and this is an early, high-impact role with a lot of room to grow.



A note on how we work


Sales is changing fast, and we're leaning into that. In this role, you'll work alongside an AI agent as a genuine part of your daily workflow — it surfaces prioritized contact lists each morning, tracks your pipeline, and flags what needs attention. Your edge here isn't grinding volume; it's how well you use AI  tools and agents to have better conversations, faster.

We're looking for someone who's energized by that, curious about pushing the tools further, and excited to help define what modern, AI-assisted selling actually looks like in practice. If you're already using AI in your day-to-day and want to take that further in a sales context, you'll fit right in.



What you’ll do


  • Run a modern, AI-assisted outbound engine — HubSpot, Lemlist, LinkedIn automation, and our internal AI agent — to prospect and qualify accounts across calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Work alongside the AI agent day-to-day: use its morning briefing to prioritize outreach and stay on top of your pipeline
  • Book qualified discovery meetings for our Account Executives / founding sales team and run clean, well-prepped handoffs
  • Hit a clear monthly target for qualified meetings booked (with a realistic ramp over your first 90 days)
  • Keep CRM accurate so pipeline is always trustworthy
  • Get to know the distribution market and our platform well enough to explain the value clearly to IT and ops buyers
  • Share what's landing (and what isn't) with sales leadership to keep our messaging sharp



What we’re looking for


  • 1–2 years in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role — or someone earlier in their career who's sharp, hungry, and ready to prove it
  • AI-native: you already use AI tools daily and see an AI coworker as an asset, not a curveball
  • A natural communicator — energized by conversations, not drained by them
  • Fast learner who connects dots — you pick up a new product, market, and toolset quickly and self-direct from there
  • Resilient and coachable — you treat rejection as information, take feedback well, and keep moving
  • Organized enough to keep a high-volume outreach motion on track
  • Based in or able to commute to Philadelphia; comfortable working in-office with the team



Your first 90 days


  • 30 days: Get up to speed on the platform, our ICP, and the AI-assisted stack; shadow live conversations; send your first outreach sequences
  • 60 days: Running outreach independently with the agent; booking your first qualified meetings
  • 90 days: consistently hitting your monthly qualified-meeting target and contributing clean pipeline to the team



Compensation


  • $70,000–$80,000 base performance variable, target OTE $100,000 - $120,000
  • Variable is tied to qualified meetings booked and pipeline created — clear, measurable, and rewarding the work that matters most
