Salary is $32,240 per year. Plus a Generous Bonus Plan

- Engage with potential clients via outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate new business leads and opportunities
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by qualifying prospects and nurturing relationships through effective follow-up
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, manage contacts, and monitor sales progress
Skills
- Proven experience in outbound calling or retail sales with a focus the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to set appointments effectively
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse client bases
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools
- Knowledge of automobile sales, dealership operations, or inventory management is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
