- Seton Medical Center Harker Heights is an 83-bed acute care hospital offering services such as Cardiology, Emergency Services and a Level IV Trauma Designated ER, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Total Joint Replacement, Gastroenterology, Diagnostic Services and more.
Responsibilities
- The Office Manager assigned clinic(s) by managing a wide range of office functions, including daily clinic operations, patient flow and satisfaction, and building maintenance.
- The Office Manager is responsible for making leadership decisions to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality patient care and satisfaction while maintaining the budget and complying with regulations and company policies.
- This position manages and engages office staff and works closely with medical providers and operations leadership to fulfill the practice's vision.

2 years of management experience in a healthcare facility
