Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist located in Harker Heights, TX. The Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging studies using advanced radiologic equipment, focusing on cardiovascular and vascular procedures. Responsibilities include following radiation safety practices, maintaining imaging equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide patient care. The individual will also assist in preparing patients for procedures and ensuring imaging quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Possession of credentials from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Proficiency in Radiology and Radiation Safety practices.
- Specialization in diagnostic imaging for Vascular and Cardiology-focused procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining patient care and safety.
- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
