Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical therapy assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide care to patients with a wide range of diagnoses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Utilize evidence-based practice and stay up-to-date with the latest research and guidelines in physical therapy
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement activities
- Active license in Physical Therapy
