Logistics Coordinator

Setien is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our New York team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient movement of goods, managing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery across our supply chain. You will collaborate closely with vendors, transportation providers, and internal departments to streamline logistics processes and support overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery

* Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving

* Communicate with carriers and resolve any transportation issues

* Track and report logistics KPIs and cost efficiency

* Support warehouse and procurement teams with logistical needs

Qualifications:

* 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
