Customer communication is a vital priority in both sales and service. When customers call, text, email, or chat with our dealerships they should be our top priority in that moment. That’s where Business Development agents come in. We like to hire friendly personalities with diligent work ethic, who enjoy rapid multitasking and customer contact.
The majority of the workday is spent on the phone setting appointments, communicating with internal staff, and using various instant message platforms to handle different types of requests.
Pay is salary plus performance bonus so you control what you make. Hourly rate given in this ad is simply to illustrate what it works out to be. Full benefits are also available. Dealership sales and/or service experience is preferred, but not required. If you know you can do the work, you should apply.

BDC Representative Qualifications:
- Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
- Self motivated and like to be busy all day at work
- Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
- Take direction well
- Must like being part of a TEAM
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Clean background check
- Bi-lingual is a plus
BDC Representative Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings
- Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
- Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
- Meet specified monthly targets and goals
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Check systems frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude
BDC Representative Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.

- Confident, positive and high energy presence
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
- Must be able to pass background check
