POSITION DESCRIPTION
An Administrative Assistant at SET Environmental is responsible for:
- Providing day-to-day support for the office staff and operations personnel
- Enter daily timesheet hours for operations personnel
- Ensure hours and tickets balance with hours on billing sheets
- Managing internal and external correspondence through e-mail and phone calls
- Filing both hard and electronic copies of appropriate documents and correspondence
- Supporting staff with copies, scanned materials, mail, etc.
- Supporting staff with appointment setting and travel arrangements
- Supporting requests to gather and prepare marketing materials
- Preparing training documentation for instructors and clients
- Ensuring training facility locations, both on-site and off-site, are prepared for class instruction
- Monitoring and managing employee training completion status and documentation
- Supporting business development efforts
- Reconciliation of weekly expense reports
- Maintaining common areas appropriate for clients and staff
- Maintaining office supplies and refreshments
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- 1-year experience in general office
- Competent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven self-starter, highly motivated, sets aggressive goals
- Able to multi-task, work independently and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Occasional weekend work may be required
