Location: On-Site, Houston, 77027
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Employment Type: Direct-Hire, Full-Time
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (DOE) Bonus
Position Overview
An established and growing, high-end kitchen and bath company is seeking a Director of Marketing to take full ownership of marketing strategy, execution, and performance. This role is responsible for building a structured, revenue-driven marketing function that directly contributes to lead generation, showroom traffic, and sales growth.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both develop strategy and execute—someone who understands how to turn marketing into a measurable, consistent driver of revenue while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the full marketing function, including strategy, execution, and performance tracking
- Build and optimize lead generation across key channels (Google Ads, SEO, local marketing, and paid media)
- Improve conversion across the funnel—from initial inquiry to showroom visit to closed sale
- Establish and track performance metrics (CPL, conversion rates, ROI) with consistent reporting
- Build dashboards and scorecards to monitor marketing performance and inform decisions
- Manage and improve online reputation, including Google reviews and customer feedback
- Align marketing efforts with sales and operations to ensure strong lead quality and follow-through
- Develop and refine messaging, positioning, and brand presence across digital and physical touchpoints
- Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels, campaigns, and growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience driving measurable revenue through marketing (not just campaigns or brand awareness)
- Background in lead-generation-driven environments
- Strong understanding of paid search, SEO, and conversion optimization
- Experience with performance tracking, reporting, and marketing analytics
- Ability to identify and execute new growth opportunities beyond standard channels
- Experience working in small to mid-sized businesses with ownership of results
- Comfortable being both strategic and hands-on
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, performance metrics, and ROI
Preferred Experience
- Experience in consultative, sales-driven environments
- Local or regional marketing experience
- Experience working closely with sales teams and understanding lead-to-close dynamics
- Familiarity with CRM systems, attribution tracking, and marketing dashboards
Why This Role
This is an opportunity to take ownership of marketing at a pivotal stage of growth and build a function that directly impacts revenue. The right person will have the autonomy to shape strategy, implement systems, and create a scalable engine for growth.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
