We have a client seeking a motivated, self-starter Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a direct hire position, working on-site in the Houston/Cypress area with an immediate start. Annual salary range is $52,000 - $58,000 based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have solid 2-5 years hands-on experience in full cycle accounts receivables and demonstrate proficiency in NetSuite. This individual will work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle accounts receivable management - generate invoices, track payments, manage collections, and reconcile accounts.
- Cash application, credit management and collections - apply payments, resolve discrepancies, monitor credit and compliance, follow-up on outstanding balances.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy
- Reporting - prepare AR aging reports
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Utilize NetSuite to manage AR functions and continuously improve processes.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of solid, full-cycle accounts receivable experience.
- NetSuite experience, along with other accounting software
- Self-starter - strong ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
