Responsibilities
- Respond to water, fire, mold, storm, and biohazard loss projects.
- Perform emergency mitigation services, including water extraction, demolition, drying setup, and debris removal.
- Set up and monitor drying equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and other restoration equipment.
- Clean, sanitize, and restore affected structures and contents.
- Follow established production processes and company procedures.
- Document job progress using company software and mobile applications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Load, unload, and maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
- Follow all company safety policies and industry standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response when required.

Qualifications
- Previous restoration, construction, demolition, moving, warehouse, or labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work in varying environments, including attics, crawl spaces, and areas affected by water, fire, or mold damage.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
Preferred Skills
- IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
- Experience with water mitigation, demolition, construction, or restoration equipment.
- Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications for documentation.
