We are a full turnkey provider, offering Water and Fire Emergency Services, Contents Management and Storage, Textile Cleaning, and Reconstruction. As our commercial division continues to expand, we’re seeking a Commercial Account Manager who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performance environment and enjoys staying busy solving problems, and driving projects forward. The ideal candidate is competitive, proactive, organized, and energized by juggling multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service.
This role is responsible for managing customer files, coordinating project communication, and ensuring every commercial client receives consistent updates and exceptional service throughout their project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial clients, providing clear and timely communication throughout the restoration or reconstruction process.
- Manage customer files and documentation to ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance with company standards.
- Keep clients informed on project progress, timelines, and any changes, ensuring a transparent and positive experience.
- Collaborate with operations, production, and reconstruction teams to align project execution with client expectations.
- Proactively address and resolve client questions or concerns, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Track and report project milestones, progress updates, and completion status in CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing proposals, project reports, and documentation as needed.
- Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or customer service.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Experience in restoration, construction, or facilities management.
- Knowledge of insurance processes, property management, or commercial service projects.
- Familiarity with job documentation, billing, and project tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Schedule & Work Expectations
This is a full-time, on-site position, typically operating Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Due to the nature of our work and our commitment to providing exceptional customer service, after-hours availability may be required to support client needs, respond to urgent project updates, or ensure customer satisfaction during critical project milestones. Flexibility and a strong sense of urgency are key to success in this role.
