What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Client Care Coordinator position at SERVPRO Team Luciani?
Successful reconstruction projects don't happen by accident.
They require constant communication, organization, follow-through, and someone making sure all of the moving pieces continue moving in the right direction.
We're looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This role works closely with Leadership and our Construction Project Managers to help coordinate active projects, keep work progressing, support day-to-day operations, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a great opportunity for someone with construction knowledge who enjoys creating organization, improving processes, solving problems, and helping a team operate at a high level.
Who We Are
We are SERVPRO Team Luciani, and we believe not every SERVPRO is the same.
We're committed to continually improving how we serve our customers and how we operate as a company. We don't settle for "the way it's always been done." We're always looking for better systems, clearer communication, and more efficient ways to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
We're looking for someone who shares that mindset. If you naturally notice opportunities to improve a process, prevent a problem before it happens, or bring more organization to a busy environment, you'll fit in well here.
What You'll Do
As Construction Project Coordinator, you'll work alongside leadership and our Construction Project Managers to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the daily operations of our reconstruction department
- Coordinating communication between Project Managers, customers, subcontractors, and office staff
- Monitoring project progress and helping keep projects moving efficiently
- Assisting with project budgets, documentation, scheduling, and job tracking
- Following up on outstanding items to help prevent delays
- Helping organize workflows and improve department processes
- Identifying issues early and helping find practical solutions
- Providing administrative and operational support to leadership and the construction team
What Success Looks Like
The right person is someone others can rely on.
Project Managers know things are being followed up on.
Leadership knows projects are organized and progressing.
Customers receive clear communication.
Small issues are caught before they become big problems.
The department runs more efficiently because you're part of it.
You May Be a Strong Fit If You...
- Have experience in construction, restoration, or project coordination
- Understand construction projects and how they progress from start to finish
- Are highly organized and enjoy keeping multiple projects on track
- Take ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve a problem
- Naturally follow through and make sure things get done
- Communicate professionally and confidently with customers, subcontractors, and teammates
- Are detail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities change throughout the day
- Enjoy improving processes and making things more efficient
- Are comfortable learning new systems and technology
Restoration experience is a plus, but it isn't required. We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, construction knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and a genuine desire to help our team succeed.
