Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wallingford, CT, for a Client Care & Community Relations Coordinator. The coordinator will build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, manage client and family interactions, and excel in providing outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include coordinating community engagement activities, planning events, cultivating relationships to strengthen brand awareness, and supporting client onboarding and retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Experience in Community Engagement and Community Relations, with the ability to foster meaningful connections and promote the organization.
