Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wallingford, CT, for a Client Care & Community Relations Coordinator. The coordinator will build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, manage client and family interactions, and excel in providing outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include coordinating community engagement activities, planning events, cultivating relationships to strengthen brand awareness, and supporting client onboarding and retention efforts.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Community Engagement and Community Relations, with the ability to foster meaningful connections and promote the organization.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication, with proficiency in managing inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
  • Proven ability to plan and organize events, including project management and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or in-home care industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software tools and technology is advantageous.
