Contents and Fire Restoration Technician

Servpro of The Upper Peninsula has positions open in our Contents Restoration Team. You will be responding to emergency calls to commercial and residential structures that have been affected by water, fire, and or mold damage. This position requires a very detailed restoration clean of structures and personal belongings affected by a loss. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, the production technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. The position requires ability to be on call and respond immediately after hours and weekends based on a rotating schedule. This position involves travel within the territory of The Upper Peninsula.

As a Cleaning and Fire Technician , you will:

• Detail clean and restore affected contents and structures
• Inventory and pack-out of commercial and residential structures that have been affected

• Perform production services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met
• Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse as needed.
• Production processes are performed according to guidelines
• Ensure that jobs are completed beyond customer expectations
• · Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
