What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fire Extinguisher Technician 4 DAY WORK WEEK position at Northwoods Fire Protection?
The Fire Extinguisher Service Technician must have a VALID Driver’s License, great attendance record and is responsible for the installation, maintenance of fire extinguishers.
Job Description:
- Service, maintain, and install fire extinguishers per NFPA standards
- Respond to customer requests for fire service needs; perform minor equipment maintenance or repair as needed
- Work with existing customers and management to actively sell products and services
- Successfully communicate information on status of duties to management
Physical Demands: * Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and move products or materials weighing 100 pounds with the assistance of material handling equipment.
- Regularly work indoors and outdoors under all weather conditions.
- Frequent kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting.
