Construction Technician
We help homeowners and businesses recover from fire, water, and storm damage — and we need people who want to be part of a crew that does meaningful work every day.
What You'll Do
You'll work alongside experienced leads on active reconstruction jobs. Day one you're learning; six months in, you're building real skills. Expect to work with your hands and stay on your feet. Tasks include:
- Assisting leads with demo, framing, and material handling
- Insulation, drywall hanging & finishing
- Painting
- Trim & casing install
- Proper use of hand and power tools
What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of construction materials and how things go together
- Strong work ethic — shows up, pays attention, gets things done
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in finished work
- Valid driver's license
- Can communicate clearly with a lead and with customers on site
