Reconstruction Project Manager

Full-Time | Restoration & Construction Experience Required

SERVPRO is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects resulting from fire, water, mold, and storm damage.

This role is ideal for a construction professional who can successfully manage projects from estimate approval through final completion while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a leader who is organized, accountable, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of reconstruction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish
• Review scopes of work and ensure projects are completed according to approved estimates
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and internal resources
• Conduct site visits and quality control inspections
• Monitor project budgets and profitability
• Maintain project timelines and proactively address delays
• Communicate regularly with customers regarding project progress
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and carriers when necessary
• Manage change orders and supplemental work
• Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and safety requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records
• Participate in project meetings and operational planning

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience in construction, restoration, reconstruction, or related industry
• Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read construction estimates, scopes, and plans
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Restoration industry experience
• Xactimate experience
• Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
• Knowledge of local building codes and permitting processes
• IICRC certifications
• Construction management or related certifications
