Mitigation Crew Chief

SERVPRO of Southwest Raleigh/Holly Springs, NC is looking for an experienced, dependable Restoration Crew Chief, who works well as part of a team, is willing to get their hands dirty, and has the ability to take the lead on projects and coordinate other technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Perform water, fire, mold and other restoration services
• Work hands-on alongside the team while leading and coordinating projects
• Take responsibility for projects from start to completion
• Direct and coordinate technicians as needed
• Set up, monitor and break down equipment and job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment and job sites

Qualifications:

• Restoration or related construction experience
• Dependable, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and heavier items with assistance
• Comfortable working on ladders and in crawlspaces, attics and other confined areas
• Willing to work hard and pitch in wherever needed
