What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, facility managers, business owners, and other referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve territory growth and revenue goals.
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Attend networking events, chamber functions, trade shows, and community events to increase SERVPRO's visibility.
- Coordinate and host educational events, Lunch & Learns, and Continuing Education (CE) classes.
- Maintain accurate customer information and identify high-value prospects within your territory.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Track marketing activities and sales opportunities using CRM software.
- Serve as a trusted resource by educating customers on SERVPRO's restoration and cleaning services.
Compensation
