Truck Sales Representative

Kenworth Sales Company, a 37-location Kenworth and Isuzu truck dealership group, is expanding and looking for driven individuals to sell New and Used Trucks within an assigned territory. This role involves both maintaining existing customer relationships and developing new business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prospect and maintain customer relationships.
• Stay informed on market trends and customer needs.
• Develop strategies to secure orders.
• Utilize specifications program.
• Coordinate with internal departments (parts, service, finance/insurance, marketing).
• Handle customer complaints and follow up on all leads.
• Report on competitive activity.
• Stay updated on product offerings.
• Maintain records and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong product and industry knowledge (truck/heavy equipment sales preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Proficiency w/ Microsoft suite of programs.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• CDL required or ability to obtain.
• Experience in direct sales or related industries is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English instructions and information
• High school diploma or the equivalent
