Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of production activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of manufacturing targets
- Enforce strict safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety protocols
- Monitor manufacturing processes to uphold quality standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industry regulations
- Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation to foster a high-performing team
- Oversee equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring mechanical knowledge is applied effectively to minimize downtime
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement and logistics teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization
- IICRC certified
- Run and complete project. Including estimating and billing.
- Make sure jobs are finished on time and completed accordingly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in restoration management or a similar leadership role within a production environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot restoration issues swiftly
- Familiarity with safety standards in production settings, including PPE use and GMP compliance
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily operations
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills to lead teams and collaborate across departments
- Knowledge of xactimate software billing systems is a plus but not required
