In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, using company supplied software. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality construction solutions with details and negotiations with insurance carriers. Responsibilities
- Review and interpret construction repairs after the mitigation process has been completeed.
- Utilize estimating software such as Xactimate, and other construction management tools to develop detailed project estimates.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction estimating for repairs, remodeling and insurance claims.
- Strong proficiency with estimating software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Xactimate, along with construction management software.
- Skilled in negotiation with insurance carriers.
- Construction site experience is highly desirable to better understand on-the-ground realities impacting estimates.
- Excellent communication skills for client interactions, team collaboration, and presenting detailed estimates clearly.
