Position Summary
Gregory Construction is seeking a highly motivated Field Support Leader (FSL) to provide operational support across active construction projects. This role works closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Operations Leadership to strengthen field execution, improve communication, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
The Field Support Leader serves as a trusted partner to field teams by helping coordinate manpower, equipment, scheduling, and production activities while reinforcing Gregory Construction's commitment to Safety, Integrity, Communication, Excellence, and Determination.

What You'll Do
Field Operations Support
- Partner with Superintendents and field leadership to support day-to-day project execution.
- Assist with coordination of manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and project resources.
- Help identify and resolve operational challenges that may impact project performance.
- Serve as a liaison between field teams, project management, and operations leadership.
Project Planning & Performance
- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules.
- Monitor production rates, project progress, and productivity goals.
- Identify potential schedule delays or performance risks and assist in developing recovery plans.
- Help maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and operational records.
Workforce & Resource Coordination
- Assist with manpower planning and workforce allocation across projects.
- Support resource management efforts to ensure crews have the tools, equipment, and materials needed for success.
- Help maintain alignment between project demands and available resources.
Safety & Quality
- Promote and reinforce Gregory Construction's safety culture on every project.
- Support field teams in maintaining quality standards and operational excellence.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance project performance and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in heavy civil construction.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience supporting field operations, project execution, or construction leadership teams.
- Proficiency with construction and scheduling software, including:
- Primavera P6
- Procore
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
