Location: Arlington, WA
Pay: $20–$24/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site
SERVPRO Team Leavens is looking for a dependable, motivated Restoration Production Technician to join our Arlington team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is interested in building a long-term career in the restoration industry.
No restoration experience required! We provide paid training, industry certifications, and the support needed to develop your skills.
What You'll Do
- Assist with water, fire, and mold damage cleanup and restoration
- Perform cleaning, demolition, water extraction, and other hands-on tasks
- Set up, operate, and maintain restoration equipment
- Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Work alongside experienced Crew Leads and technicians to complete projects efficiently
- Provide professional, respectful service to customers
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, accept feedback, and work well with a team
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Comfortable performing physical work in a variety of environments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Previous cleaning, janitorial, construction, or restoration experience is a plus, but not required
