SERVPRO of Bloomington/Pontiac is a locally owned restoration company helping families and businesses recover after water, fire, mold, storm, and biohazard damage. We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who enjoy staying active, working with a team, and making a real difference for customers during difficult times.

No restoration experience is required. We will train motivated individuals with the right attitude.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency water, fire, mold, and storm damage calls
• Perform demolition and removal of damaged building materials
• Set up containment and drying equipment
• Monitor drying progress
• Clean and sanitize affected structures
• Pack, move, and inventory customer belongings
• Maintain detailed job documentation and photos
• Operate restoration equipment safely
• Keep company vehicles and equipment clean and organized
• Deliver outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and construction environments
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Team-oriented
• Able to rotate on emergency after-hours call schedule
• Construction or restoration experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $17.50 - $21.50 per hour
