Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise mitigation teams on-site during restoration projects.
- Assess damage and develop effective mitigation plans for restoration.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Communicate with clients and insurance representatives to provide updates.
- Train and mentor crew members in restoration techniques and safety practices.
- Document job progress and maintain accurate records of equipment and supplies.
- Manage equipment inventory and ensure proper maintenance.
- Respond to emergency calls and coordinate immediate response efforts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in restoration is a plus.
- IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
